TEHRAN, Sept. 10, Kyodo

Iran and Russia pennyless belligerent Saturday on construction of a new chief energy plant in southern Iran.

The plan is partial of a 2014 understanding between Moscow and Tehran to build dual new chief energy plants during a site of a Bushehr Nuclear Power Plant, located southeast of a pier city of Bushehr on a Persian Gulf.

The dual light-water reactor energy plants will cost an estimated $10 billion and will be finished in about 10 years.
